For rental services with driver, car available hourly, a minimum period of 4 hours applies.

For direct extra-urban transfers (without stopping), the fare is calculated on a kilometer basis.

Night services are subject to a tariff increase which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Moving Class Limousine Srl reserves the right to modify the rates upon communication to the customer in exceptional cases (trade fairs, conferences, fashion weeks and the Salone del Mobile,last minute requests) or events that make the availability of the requested means difficult. In the event of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our reservations number to be able to guarantee presence of one of our staff upon arrival. Failure to send the notice of delay or canceled flight excludes the right to have the vehicle available in the event of a delayed or postponed arrival after 60 minutes of waiting from the scheduled landing time. Waiting times in case of delays at other locations (private individuals, offices and hotels) are 20 minutes from the time of booking. The cost of any waiting will be calculated in 30 minutes increments, starting from the originally scheduled time, referring to the amounts shown at the bottom (PRICES PER HOUR OF WAITING AVAILABLE TO THE CUSTOMER). This amount will be added to the cost of the service. In the absence of communication of delays by the User, and after 30 (thirty) minutes from the agreed time, the driver will be able to leave the waiting place, without prejudice to the right of Moving Class Limousine Srl to request payment for the service.

Moving Class Limousine Srl collaborates with other rental companies with driver, with the same standards of quality and efficiency and can make use of these to carry out the services for which it deems appropriate.

At the time of booking, in order to avoid that the car is not suitable for such transport, the user is required to communicate excess baggage. It remains the discretion of the drivers to load undeclared bulky objects or excess suitcases or which do not meet the conditions for safe transport onto the vehicles. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.)

Moving Class Limousine Srl undertakes in every reasonable way to ensure that its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive on time for the arrival appointments at the destination. However, it will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control, namely:

  • Vehicle accidents
  • Exceptional and severe climatic conditions that may prevent the normal carrying out of the trip.
  • Controls by the police.
  • Vandalism and terrorism.
  • Traffic blocks.
  • Demonstrations and strikes.
  • Other passengers may cause delays.
  • Reservations made with incorrect details regarding dates, times, etc.
  • Lack of information about departures and arrivals from the customer.

The cars are all recently registered and covered by insurance for themselves and for those transported and in compliance with the circulation permits in force in Italy and in E.E.C. and the drivers have a Drivers Register in the national territory. The objects transported travel under the full responsibility of the user.



Users of the rental service are prohibited from:

  1. smoking during transportation
  2. throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicle.
  3. soil, soil or damage the vehicle.
  4. demand the transport of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the renter, all useful measures to avoid damage or soiling of the vehicle.
  5. demand that the transport be carried out in violation of the safety and behavior rules established by the current Highway Code.

In the event of damage caused by passengers inside the vehicle, Moving Class Limousine Srl reserves the right to charge extra for repairs or cleaning of the vehicle.

Cancellation of the car rental service with driver without penalty is accepted within 12 hours before the service and 24 hours before the service in the case of cars/Vans requested for daily availability and for long-distance transfers. Cancellations received within 6 hours before the start of the service will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the amount of the service (12 hours for cars available daily). In case of cancellation not received within the times described above, the service will be charged at 100%. However, cancellations cannot be received after 10.00 pm.

These conditions of transport and all services connected to them comply with the laws regulating the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and the Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Moving Class Srl and the customer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan (Italy).
